Why follow Friday?


One of the strong positive aspects of social sites is being platform of ‘voice of the voiceless’. Everyone can reach to global users. Existing formal communication channels couldn’t do it before. You can express your thoughts on any topic you want .Twitter is also considered to be official means to deliver official statements. Exchanging information with intended group faster and effectively results in creative feedback.

What is follow Friday?
In twitter every Friday people posts full of twitter handle in their tweets. They request each other to follow. In twitter following is similar to being friends.They use hashtag  #FF Or #Followfriday in their tweets.
Who introduced follow Friday?
In 2009 Micah Baldwin started this tradition.He thought it would be a good idea for everyone to suggest people to follow in tweets.And it was the Friday he started.
Why follow Friday?
Is it because follow have a same sound like in Friday? Or Randomly?
Friday is weekend and more relaxed day. People have Pizza Friday and Beer Friday. Similarly #followFriday is  a good way to end week.

They Follow the other people in the group they are mentioned in or Tweet back and say they have followed the other people. You are helping your followers to  find other interesting people.You can see their tweets in your timeline when they tweet. If you want more people see your tweets then you should have more followers. To see more variety of tweets you should have more followings from different sectors.


Though people accuse twitter users of being pointless Blabbers, Users in twitter pose great power to impact greatly in contemporary issues. Whether its governments, organizations or even individuals. A short and compact message; a tweet may go in trending with in hours. Not only criticizing or praising, one can raise question about matters and put their perspective on the same. You can’t judge a people exactly by their tweets but you can measure the intellectual level of individuals and how much information they have got.
